Buying Process

    Visit the report page that you wish to purchase and click the "Buy Now" button. Enter the required details and click on the "Next" button and select the License type you wish to purchase; click "Next." On the following page, you will see the price options, and the last page contains the various payment options. An electronic receipt for the purchase will also be issued and a copy of the full invoice will be sent by our sales rep.

     

    We accept All major credit cards; you can choose any payment gateway to process the payment online.  The quickest way to get access to our data is to pay by credit card on our website.

    We also accept payment via Bank Wire Transfer and a Purchase Order. For these modes of payment, our sales rep would co-ordinate with you to process the request.

    If the report is already published and full data sets are uploaded on our website, you can get access to it immediately in your account. The reports and data extracts are added to your account and are available for viewing/downloading immediately, depending on the license you opted for.
    If the report is under production or needs updating, our sales rep would reach out to you with the expected delivery timeline. You should ask our sales team for the estimated timeline to access the report, before purchase.

    Yes, you can purchase all reports under one domain or multiple domains. You can reach out to our sales rep for a better understanding of the delivery.

    The report format is stated on the report information page and can also be mentioned by the sales representative before purchase. Depending on the user license you choose, you will either get to view the report on your dashboard or get a PDF version of the report, or both.
    For certain reports, a data extract in Microsoft Excel is also available on demand. The Excel spreadsheet includes pre-built calculations that allow you to manage the data easily.
    Certain types of reports are available in Microsoft PowerPoint; you can clarify the deliverables with the sales rep before purchase.

Therefore, it will sometimes be necessary for Straits Research to request specific information from you on receiving an order. This information is requested so that we can confirm the cardholder authenticity. We use the information to verify that the cardholder is the person who is ordering the product.     Yes, the preview for each published report is available on the report page. For an unpublished report, you can fill out a "Request Sample" form, and our sales rep will reach out with the report preview.

    This is a rare scenario where your credit card bank is declining the international purchase payment. Please ensure the credit card is acceptable for International online purchases, also ensure it has sufficient credit limit. Most of the time, having a quick word of authorization with your bank/customer care helps the payment go through in the next attempt. Also, check if the cardholder's details and address are appropriately entered to avoid a mismatch.
